First Place Academy

a ministry of First Baptist Church of Trenton

First Place Academy is a Christ-centered school aimed at helping students and their families come to know Christ as Lord and Savior. With just over 140 students in our school, we are better equipped to give students the one-on-one attention they need to succeed.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to partner with Christian families by providing a Christ-centered education of excellence where students will discover and embrace their God-given gifts and develop spiritually, socially, and intellectually into the next generation of champions for Christ, who choose character before career, wisdom beyond scholarship, service before self, and Obedience to the Scriptures above all else.

Vision Statement

We strive to advance spiritual and academic excellence committed to Biblical truth. To do this, we must forge an enduring partnership between church, home, and school that will produce powerful and effective student leaders who will impact their world for Jesus Christ through biblical thought and action in obedience to the Great Commandment (Mark 12:30-31) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). Our desire it to attract and retain Living Curriculum faculty/staff members who understand that living out a life that is obedient to the Scriptures, with rigor, relevance, and relationships in the learning process produces outstanding scholars and genuine Christian lifestyle in our students.

The Bible says that where there is no vision the people perish (Proverbs 29:18). First Place Academy will prayerfully pursue the above vision with a faith that is firm and a hope that endures.
