Upon arrival, students will order lunch via a kiosk outside their classroom.

How do I reload my student's Lunch Account?

Please make sure to snap a picture of your student's Lunch Card to access their card when they are not physically present.
Below are the steps to add funds to your student's lunch card.
1. Scan the QR code on the back of your student's lunch card
2. Click add more funds
3. Follow the on screen instructions

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, CashApp, and prepaid cards as a form of payment for lunch and reloading FPA Lunch Cards.

I have multiple students in my family, how do I manage their accounts?

Accepted Answer

Each student will have their own unique FPA Lunch Card. As a result, you will need to make sure you have an image of their cards so easily reload them. You can reload their cards by following the video or written instructions above.

Do I need to preorder lunch for my student(s)?

Preordering lunch is not required. Lunch can be preordered by visiting lunch.firstplaceacademy.org.

Can my student order lunch if there is no money on there account?

Accepted Answer

If a student's Lunch Card has a zero balance or low funds, they will not be able to purchase lunch. Please make sure they have enough funds available on days they will order school lunch.

How do I get a Lunch Card?

Accepted Answer

Students with lunch funds on FACTS will be provided a FPA Lunch Card. Any students afterwards will have to purchase a FPA Lunch Card for $5.00.

My student lost his/her Lunch Card, how can I get a new one?

There is a $5.00 fee to replace a Lunch Card. We encourage students to leave their Lunch Cards with their homeroom teacher or in their lockers.

How do I view my student's lunch purchases?

You should receive an email or text everyday your student orders lunch containing what they purchased that day.
